what we believe
in all things, love

Our rule of faith and practice is the New Testament. We believe both the Old and the New Testaments are inspired by God (2 Peter 1:20-21; 2 Timothy 3:16), but that the New Testament is the exclusive book of authority for today.

We believe salvation is given by the grace of God after one accepts Jesus as the Savior and Lord of one's life by faith. We accept Jesus by BELIEVING in Him as Lord and Savior (Romans 10:10; Acts 16:31); REPENTING of our sins (Acts 17:30; 2 Peter 3:9); making CONFESSION of Him (Romans 10:9-10); and by being BAPTIZED into Him (Acts 2:38; Acts 22:16; Galatians 3:27).

We practice baptism by immersion, as the Bible teaches. The Lord adds you to His Church after you are saved (Acts 2:47). God also expects us to be faithful to Christ until death to receive the crown of Life (Matthew 10:22, Revelation 2:10).

We observe the Lord's Supper every Sunday. We read that the early church met on the first day of the week to partake of the bread and the fruit of the vine in remembrance of the Lord Jesus (Acts 2:42; Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:20). This is the Lord's Table. We have no right to invite or bar anyone from it (1 Corinthians 11:28).

We care about you. If you have any questions about the church, or if we can be of help to you in any other way, please do not hesitate to contact one of the Ministers or one of the other leaders (Elders: Donny Guest, Jerry Holt, Eddie House, Bill Bo Samuels; Deacons: Kevin Herrera, Lee Jones, Billy Wilbourn).
